The Evening Grosbeak is found in the Northern forests. The male's distinctive markings are yellow and brown stripes, huge beak, and large white wing patches. The female has yellow on its sides and chalky white feathers. The call of the Evening Grosbeak is a loud house sparrow like chirp.
