The Western Screech-Owl

The Western Screech-Owl's scientific name is Otus Kennicotti. You are most likely to find this owl in the western part of the United States. The Western Screech-Owl builds its nests in logs and trees. The plumage is brown . It eats rodents and small mammals. The bird's call is a distinctive hoot or whistle.
