Scientific name: Coruus brachyrhynchos
The American Crow is found in lowland streams, meadows and forests. This bird builds its nests in high trees. The birds color is black.
It eats fruit, snails, grubs, insects, frogs and eggs. They look for food in groups on the ground. The bird's call is caw, caw. They eat anything. They can be easily tamed. They can fly in groups of thousands. A group of crows is called a murder of crows.
